I am reaching the final stages for a G9 SE role, what base salary should I expect and what about car allowance / bonus / commission?

Listen to the last poster unless you're unemployed don't jump as Cisco is a difficult company to work for with constant layoffs.
Why on earth would you want to join? As an ex-UK employee, I can testify to the fact that your life will be governed by lords and masters in SJC whichever EMEAR account you are assigned to. That aside, there are recent comments on this board that SE’s will take the brunt of the annual FY-end LR so please ensure that this really is the right move for you. As regards your questions, my info is out-of-date so others here are better placed to comment on g9 packages in Blighty.
