Feels like the company is going in the wrong direction, more angry customers, miserable employees and the place is just a pit of despair overall. I feel depressed walking through the doors when going to work. I hope it's just my store that feels like that but I bet there are many more stores like this. Constant promo rule breaking by management and just general chaos, disorganization and stress at customer service . Not enough staff and online orders at customer service is putting too much stress on CS desk people.
