Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

What is “Responsible Growth”?

When BAML says we are focused on responsible growth, does it mean:
A) finding new industries and sectors to make appropriate loans and offer banking services;
B) Moynihan’s way to push his political agenda onto BAML and the American public;
C) Marketing’s way to limiting damage when we decline good companies that every other bank will lend too; or
D) Other (full in your thought)

And don’t forget coal companies... but I’m sure any start-up solar/wind farm would gain immediate credit approval for 100% financing.

Not sure what BM's political ambitions are but the way he has treated customers and employees alike with his verbal spins on the truth and blatant personal greed at the employees expense (double digit raises to himself each of the last six years he has laid off hundreds of employees and thousands total) he won't go far because there are too many skeletons in the BAC closet dying to get out.

Of course it's his political agenda. First no business with gun manufacturers, now companies that do businesses operating migrant detention centers, private prisons. Let's see who we can target next. T-b-cco companies, alcohol manufacturers, soft drink manufacturers, sugar industries, fast food companies, d–g manufacturers and on and on. I work there but don't bank there. If they shut down all of the illegal alien centers who many can we send to your gated compound Brian?

  1. ) As mention in a TH in '18, it is critical that we take action on North Carolina's bathroom laws. So responsible, so critical. And be an advocate. Please advocate, but only at a certain time of year. Record your volunteer hours just like they record your phone calls. But skip the flood insurance, cuz really, who needs flood insurance? And when that doesn't work, we'll do the middle management curly shuffle, keystone cops style. Last one to sit down gets voted off the island. Er, Hotel California. Because you can check out, but you can never leave.
