Anyone watch the CNBC mad money video on flagscape? Moynihan said he has been giving 6% wage increases over the last few years and each year to those making under 75k. Really? My people under 75k did not receive that! Lucky if they got 1 percent.

Total lie. Never got more than 2%
He's flat out lying. I got the biggest raise on the team @ 3% and they acted like I'd have to save a carload of orphans from a burning crash to get that much a second time.
the other bogus trick they like to pull is to move your bonus from an annual payout to a quarterly. and then they give you 5 or 6 buckets that you have to hit EVERY single quarter. so, at year end, even if your total production sales goals were met, sorry charlie, you didn't hit the 5-6 bucket metric EVERY single quarter, so sorry. you get half the bonus your normally do, or maybe nothing at all. at the end of the day, maybe 1-2 out of 10 can hit the number every single quarter, usually because a manager is pulling strings for them - better territory, feeding sales leads, etc.
So not true. Our whole tram has been getting the stands 2% for uears and this year our whole tram got no raise at all.
Fiscal 2019 was the best year in our history, accoridng to our CEO, and the most I could give my team was 1.2% raise. The bonuses were a joke. So you been laying off for years, people are working harder because there are fewer of us AND you can only give a 1.2% raise? For 2019 we has our 2 best quarters in our history. My guess is thst this year the max will be .06%! Meanwhile our CEO got a several million dollar raise!
He LIES!!!!!!! I did not even come close and I'm one of the top performers in my department.
