In today’s world companies pride themselves on how employees feel about the work environment. HR sends out surveys but I bet they never read them! I’ve always been honest as well as my coworkers. It’s like a revolving door of employees and the only reason the older employees stick around is because most of them don’t have college degrees and we’re grandfathered in. They would have a hard time finding work that paid the same so they s— it up but hate it!! Sad sad sad!! They in turn make merchandisers miserable! It’s a horrible culture that continues to get worse. Can’t e d soon enough!
