Just had a meeting with former e&i director. she advised us of layoffs that occured but of course left out the important details as to whom these layoffs affected.
so it's most likely those customer service/telephonic roles first as frontline always gets cut first. i feel so bad for everyone. this is terrible when the future outlook is unknown. the pay is already barely above a living wage and they really aren't helping anyone secure new roles.
@ZepyU59-Seat, can you please clarify if you are talking about layoffs that already happened or layoffs that are yet to occur?
