Who cares about the level of participation rates were. It was really a poorly written survey and you really didn't get to voice your concerns. It wasn't a comprehensive survery in my opinion

If it's like another company I know, they'll share how wonderful and high their "participation rates" are.

What a poorly written survey. If they really wanted the employees to voice their concerns and give real feedback, this survey certainly didn't convey that. Just a template that has been used at other firms. Joke.

Management won’t do anything with it or share the results. If they do share results, it will be vague and nebulous. Or they will use it to create some special positions to help analyze the findings like “Head of Career Pathing”.

Well if you take the survey you can simply see it was a template and has been used at other companies with a few tweaks in it. Not a lot of thought went into it. Obviously they don't want feedback that would have to be shared.
