All of the recent meetings have sent mixed signals about what they intend to to with WES. Could RAW be helping the group with a portion of his parachute money in hopes of another large payday after a WES sale?

Can someone point to article RAW is at wes? There is one from bloomberg 1 year ago, not current structure it seems. See at WES website personnel listed as officer, no RAW.
What am I missing?
