Verint is a high level, highly secretive, military grade surveillance application used by intelligence agencies around the globe. It manages a workforce through the use of artificial intelligence. Unless you are a cyborg or can do a good imitation of one, you will not perform well in this automaton environment. Look for a job with a little more humanity.

that is categorically wrong. the intelligence side application of Verint is called 'intelligence agency/ mass population/ wire tapping solutions/ and eavesdropping-optimization. you can buy it on Amazon and wiretap an entire country. love it!
'workforce optimization' is the harmless sounding spin name for the same system deployed by intelligence agencies - one and the same. makes it legal to use
how many of us have no issues regarding Verint and think the results it reports are accurate? There are numerous posts on this site alone expressing dissatisfaction with the Verint system. Verint is artificial intelligence driven. Verint systems is an American /Israeli company (??) Exactly what nationality is Big Brother? When my iPhone starts monitoring my idle time to the second and reporting to my leader I will consider sending it back
When I read this I had to go an look. The OP is a little off base here. Humana is using Verint workforce optimization. Not sure if the OP is trying to cause a stir or is just confused .
