I don’t see any other option at this point. I can’t spend time with my family, attend to family obligations, hell even getting some sleep is something that rarely happens to me. I thought I’d get used to it when it was implemented, but as time goes by I’m becoming more and more sure that this isn’t working out for me.Does anyone else feel the same way, and to a degree that they’re thinking about quitting?

What's wrong with block scheduling? At least you now have a set schedule instead of random schedules every day.
You only get family time if you have the morning shifts. I’m never at home to feed my kids or tuck them in bed.
They really don't care what we do or don't do. We are the replaceable.
Block schedule is finally allowing me to actually see my family!! And the days that there is a special event that I want or need to attend, I use my pto. The only issue is not having enough people on each shift!
That's exactly what they're hoping you'll do. Things went the way they did for a very specific reason. The same reason they raised the base wage up to $11/hour, then turned around and closed 63 stores (52 of which were located 10 miles or less from a Costco.
