PS part of the company has been led so poorly. No consistency. No discipline, very poor in front of customers. The gaping hole of no strategy to work with off shore SI’s has damaged ROI of implementations.
Atrocious behaviours run unchecked, and mediocrity and compliance factors in promotion

No longer there, but I reflect back on when I joined (2009), and I was tasked to be part of a team introducing a new product. As the product sales grew, that stock price went up right along with it, and the folks who all worked so hard saw the highest stock price ever a few years into the product run. But you have keep fresh, next, the NBT (next big thing). That never came, and management was clueless about recognizing the need. Please don’t tell me “Vantage is new!” There hasn’t been anything new or relevant introduced for years, and the stock price shows it.

Whole market is going down the drain so Teradata gets caught in the rip. I've seen the share price at about $21 2yrs ago. So still sitting on a healthy profit with TDC

After the drop the PE is still 170. That is a growth company range PE and TDC is most certainly not a growth company now. With the downside risk of the revenue shift, a PE of 17 would not be unreasonable. Vic’s background is in grocery. OR is an IT architect. The company should consider a CEO with a finance background to find the best option for this spin-down.

Unbelievable.. OR , Vic.. stop showing smoking mirrors to your customers.. for god sake Go listen to your customers. And make your road map align to customer road map. You and your vp has ruined this company. Well it should have been expected, You both are screwups

I would love see how many people go to TAU this year.

Because it is more than halfway through Q3 and there is still no business being done. Consulting is in the basement hence the special incentive with only 4 months to go. Whole business is dependant on a handful of big deals globally. If they slip it will be <28 by year end.
