Hello, has anyone been on the 'to move " list, signed the agreement ( this is assuming you have been approached to be tiffed or move), to come to find out a few months later, due to personal reasons the move is no longer a viable option? What ramifactions come from that if any. Has anyone experienced this ? In this predicament

I was told you are allowed to change your mind, but you have to pay back any funds they have given you towards the move.
Anthem creates the contract and it is in their favor. Unless you want to live in Atlanta, look for another job. At Anthem you are just a number unless you have powerful friends and family there.
Based on the agreement, you will be required to return any money they provided you for relocation or that was paid to a vendor for moving expenses.
I wouldn’t move I will tell you that. You can end up moving and then get laid off months later. This company doesn’t care about your well being nor your families. It’s all about the bottom line and savings.
Hmmm ... once you sign agreeing to move, I believe that might be a binding contract. Not sure what will happen if you go back on your word and decide not too move. Tough one ...
