OMG, in-fighting among BoDs. If anything, LE has totally lost control of the BoDs. Must expel these in-fighting BoDs before its too late.
Netsuite is one rare fast growing GBU remains in Oracle, up holding Oracle's cloud revenue growth in ERP. If anything the BoDs should feel lucky about the acquistion. But these guys chose war.
May be board protected selves and EPS by agreeing to the 2 defendants. But if any fine goes to company look out for cost cutting in payroll eg RIFs to keep up EPS.
