Take your experience and talents elsewhere. Go to a locally owned competitor if possible. The privately owned that will stick around will pay you well. This industry is based on local relationships. The people that get it, know this.... Xerox is walking away from that mindset and results will reflect this. You and only you own your future. Xerox no longer has the employee best interest in mind. I wish you all the best, but move on to a longer term employer. Relationships and trust built this industry!
