Systems are incompetent, budgets are scant, support is not present, expectations are ridiculous. Honestly, we must all hate ourselves to work with this company.

Have they even posted information on bonuses for this fiscal year. I don’t see any.
I laugh when my rm says anything about a/r, i9 compliance, etc and says my bonus depends on it. What f—ing bonus? 6% of a c-appy salary, if you meet goal. Ok think I will push myself, my team for all that bonus incentive.
I’m definitely feeling emotionally stronger, and I’m looking for a new, nonabrasive job. I’m too good for this, and so are all employees here
this company has failed and this company has been abusive. This company failed to keep pace with industry trends before the last recession. They're not anticipating future trends today. Do you think the working conditions will improve or decline.
All you points are correct, except your conclusion is wrong. These are the good ol' days, at follett. Why stay for when it truly gets nasty(ier).
Our self hatred IS a known issue. Our self deprecation keeps our salaries low and our write ups prevalent
