Not a local, the only thing changed in the TA was healthcare and wages. Nothing else was touched. D7 lawyers provided that information.

Double check with your local or D7. Successorship is not going to be in. This means if CTL sells the new company does not assume the contract. We would NOT have a contract no matter being sold in whole or in part. This is Fact!!!
