Whether you are legacy BONY/Mellon or BNYM - you know this is a broken place with frustrated and tired employees. The break started with Bob Kelly, Charlie has just widening the gap. We are an animal slowly dying, and Charlie is burying us a piece at a time. There is blame enough to go around - from poor management to a poor economy. In the end the company we started with and loved to work for is no more. The loyalty we gave isn’t being given in kind. Work until they tell you it’s your day to go or go on your own - they don’t care either way. You can only control yourself and how you handle the situation - keep your head held high. Karma will handle Charlie.

Apparently global HR moving to poland.
I've never seen HR talk to any employees or deal with any issues. HR is a joke in this company. Do they even have someone in HR or just run by robots?
Regulators need to get involved this train wreck of a company sadly is going to hurt the economy if it go’s to the point of collapse which I believe it is on its way. Regulators need this brought to their attention ASAP. Break this dump up or something, what a mess!
Agreed on regulators, clearly overdue.
HR and ethics in this place is a joke.
This is a great post, thank you.
Having invested a decade of my time to BNYM, I withdrew my investment by asking to go on the list and I left. There is no point remaining with a investor who does not value you, does not look after you, but rather expects you to abide by their unilateral unethical policies, whilst they have no responsibility to honour any of their own policies. I'm talking about HR policies, the ones which BNYM HR and management flaunt widely.
There are many other companies looking for talent to invest in, take your time and find one on your own terms.
