I was laid off because I received a higher pay rate than the colleague I answered questions of every day.
No! The CEO of the Philadelphia hospital Nancy Hesse was able to retain the physicians and she was promoted for doing so. She now has a new 5 year contract. CTCA rewards those that perform.
