Are we now doomed to more layoffs each quarter because some might feel the strategy is working?

RTM and delivery soon.... nursery specialist in 2021....
I listen to his financial report podcast. It appears he is leaning towards back end associates. He stated they are very experienced people who work in those areas and they would be better out of the sales floor with their knowledge.
