Claims handling can not be automated.
Literally everything I do could be automated. Walking into AIG is like walking Into a time machine back into the early 90s lol.
Management has been asked to review what tasks can be automated and many units and divisions are working on this and this has been one of the recommendations of McKinsey. Bottom line, more RIF's, decline in customer service
