I think what's going to happen there is they will keep the lower level, and leave the upper level Sears at Woodfield... it will become part of the "Dining Pavilion" (or) another retailer takes over level 2. The upper level has much open space and some of that merchandise could be brought downstairs. Sears may abandon small appliances and some of the window treatments... there is not much furniture left to sell upstairs. I believe a similar strategy was done in other malls

Hopefully this is not true. This is the company store. If Woodfield closes kiss the company goodbye.
