Shocker QCOM has a system that doesn’t improve productivity? QCOM is in the Stone Age when it comes to systems. Not sure if that isn’t by design.

@1del - I agree completely. Isn't the reason that we went to Workday was to align with NXP. Well that didn't happen and look at were we are with this dumb system.
It reminds me of the Jiff stuff, which was a totally lame-a$$ UI design.
The interface feels at least 10 years old. The old share feedback tool (was it ShareIt?) had a better UI.
@1fru you obviously don't work at qc. Its all about butt kissing and status reports.
You only spend a lot of time in it if you're terrible and trying to make up reasons to defend yourself. Rock stars are known through their actions and just click on through...
