Do people who win a wholefoods regional “all-star” award receive any kind of bonus? Gift card or compensation? Or is it just a fancy dinner with a stupid plaque with your name on it?

Even if theres no monetary compensation, use it bolster your resume with a flowery description of why it was awarded. Adding the frivolous store-level "TM of the month/year" bs accolades I got were actually useful considering how heavily customer service based my.new career is. I got a $25 gc each.time..dont look a gift.horse.in the mouth. With the discount (at the time), I had a full pantry for weeks
You also get a visa gift card. I think it was for $250.
No bonus no raise just a dinner and a plaque. But if u want to move up to ac, astl or open new stores or apply to any store you want then your options ready for the taking. So look at it that way. No one else will apply against you because they know they have nothing to compete with an all star. And of course your stl will take that in consideration to your next jd and most likely you will see a nice increase in pay.
