Younger gov employees do not remember the older days of big bad Oracle tactics. Oracle social media is very appealing now, better impression. But those people will remember the delay delay sue sue tactics to try to grab a chunk of the deal. Whatever Oracle wins, it loses future customers. Maybe they only care about next couple of years. Care about looking good. But even Big L not looking very good nowadays. Salud, dude.
