As a long-time Citrite, any further "major" layoffs will be the end of this company. There are too many areas already stretched thin where people are doing the job/function of 3 people. Product quality in the toilet bc not enough engineers to properly maintain products. Tech Support in the tank with not enough engineers and little experience. The company buys the additional companies for small pieces they give away for free, and retain almost no employees from these acquisitions, meaning nobody knows anything about said products.
Too many middle managers who are yes men, and too much managing to spreadsheet KPIs without a real clue of how things should work. Only long-term chance for this company is to be bought and going private. I've watched this company get run into the ground all for the sake of shareholder profits after Elliot Management got their teeth in them. There is no fat (except in management) left here. More cuts to those who have suffered through bad executive and management decisions will be the end of Citrix.
