Can't decide if you want to quit?

Take out the whole "layoffs are always a possibility" issue. If that was removed from the equation, do you think you'd be happy here?

I think that's what most of the people who are still on the fence about leaving or staying need to answer and they'll know what to do.

At least that's what I did before I decided to start looking.

The answer is "NO". This is easily one of the worst places I have ever worked at. I'm frankly surprised that they are still in business.

That is good advice. It's a toxic place even without the threat of redundancies.
