To all the Marvin and Joe fan's out there. If push came to shove, do you think either of them would have your back in a situation?

No. They wouldn’t. I know people who were in lower positions than Joe, who were fired on the spot for something they may have been overheard saying. Joe was on A VIDEO that was vetted by the legal department saying something so stupidly racist and he still walks among our ranks.
Go ahead and try it out in the break room. Say something that denigrates an entire ethnic group and see if you make to the end of that break as an employee.
They definately have Lowe's employees backs...so they can sink the shivs in...
They would be like the rich millionaires on the titanic who took seats in the life boats for women and children.
Or if we were in a fire fight they would be to two cowards with self inflicted million dollar wounds so they could go home looking like heros when they are cowards
No, employees are just numbers, Lowes will and has laid off people making a maxed out wage and replace them with cheaper paid workers. And to people that are praising Marvin for this, its all fine and good until its your job.
They would do anything to save themselves before anyone else. And to all of you out there hanging on to every word both of them preach, remember you are nothing more than a employee id # to them, just as all the previous associates were before they came to their demise. Whatever side you are on, you both have something in common. You are expendable, no matter how good of a job you do or how poorly of a job you do. You are an expenditure and when the unthinkable happens to you, you will question why you tried so hard, why you cared so much for a company that couldn't give 2 cents care for you.
