Sears Liquidation Sale

Don't stay for the liquidation. Stores are slated to close in December. You will have a tough time finding work during the holidays because most companies have hired seasonal workers. Eddie does not care about you. Why should you care about him?

Or if you can afford it, just take the unemployment- which should get you through the winter to spring and enjoy the holidays. I got my first thanksgiving and Christmas off last year in 12 years. It was so wonderful

If you have a Costco nearby, start applying for a seasonal spot in late September or early October. No guarantees of a permanent position, but if you bust your a$$ (and you will as the stores are actually busy) through the holidays, they might keep you on.
