50 hours? That hilarious!!! Still wondering in at 9 and a GHOST TOWN at 4. 98% of the building never seen the inside of HE on the weekend. 50 hours, that’s comical.
There may be some that aren't working, in the area I worked, folks were not just "putting in hours" , but were working hard to handle the increased workload due to the many prior reductions in staff.
Many positions have been doing the jobs that used to be handled by 3 or more employees.
If it makes you feel good somehow to further the stupid us vs. them nonsense, knock yourself out.
I had more than 20 years with Sears & SHC in 2 stints. I will agree that it's pretty unlikely to end well, but that's not for lack of effort by most of the working folks. We can all b–ch about Eddie, etc.
I won't defend the hubris and lack of any viable retail strategy. I also won't point fingers at lack of execution in the stores. Our store associates are up against an impossible task. Most of the folks at Hoffman fully recognize that.
Right 50 hours. They’re at their desk, but I doubt they’re “working “
You’re funny.
Most Salaries associates putting in 50 hours a week?
That building is a ghost town ALL days of the week.
I’ve been in that building prior to 8am and after 430pm. Ghost town.
Pardon the typos
Many IF not most.

So... you don't understand summer hours.
Summer hours means you work ALL of your required hours, and you can leave early one day.
Many of not most HE Salaried Associates are putting in 50+ hours during the week, plus hours on the weekends.
My authority on this? I'm a recently releases associates.
