Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Does any club actually get off at 11:30pm

With the nightcrew being moved to days company wide is there any clubs out there that actually get off by 11:30 pm and if you do what areas do you stock at night and how much freight do you slot at night.

We have been getting out at 11pm. Everyone working as a team getting pods/water/juice and dc’s done. Mostly an all new crew just had to train them the right way.

We always had a hard time getting out on time when we first started. Now my manager is adamant that we do as much as we can and get out on time. We occasionally leave what we ran out of time to do for the morning crew. Our main focus is to get the DC unloaded and slotted. We often don't get done at 11:30, but are usually out before midnight, so not long afterwards.

I can just imagine what a club looks like if they are leaving at 11:30 pm. How does the CM keep there job.

My clubs actually doess a good job at it. Dock empty. Dcs done. Pallets dropped for day crew to stock. Most pods and endcaps are stocked and water is done. Not the greatest shift. But, still gotta work. Still gotta pay bills

When I get to work at 4am it’s a mess. Pallets and trash everywere. Trucks half done. Receiving doors not always locked. Looks like at 11:30 the just stop and walk out.
