How many people here have been told they are capped in pay. Dept sup here and I was told my pay is now capped because they transferred me from a big store to a small store to be a Operations Supervisor a year ago. I had a “great” review btw!! Wth!!!

No one is going to get a raise, bbb is struggling to pay associates because they are padding the pockets of the senior mgmt.

They won’t give you more money unless they think you will actually leaves the company. You are a just a replaceable employee. If they want to keep you they will give you more money.
That is why I left a while ago capped out, no where to go. This company was great but I come from a different time, always grow in my job and move on when growth is no longer. Not that I made that much more than a starting wage. Just a shame, glad to see some of the higher ups go but feel it may be too little too late. Nepotism was a word I didn’t know until I worked there. I hate greed, but guess I should have been more greedy myself in life!
