They don't give a croup if we are long time or not. The turn over rate saves money. Every single person who works for this company is expendable.

No they want you gone. You complain about any changes they want and still are living in the past. Most of you think you cannot be replaced. Most claims associates were long term and now they have to work weekends like the rest of the club and still think its unfair that they have to work weekends.
