I ended my affiliation with Sams several months ago, as I found that the logic employed was contradictory with my beliefs, which tend to the big picture rather than the everyday crisis mode due to under-staffing. That being said, use the company's education policy to further yourself, buy into the company stock, with the discount and dividend reinvestment you can hardly lose.
