Has anyone heard about this rating thing to grade who's better than another? I heard Store managers rate ASMs and ASMs rate DSs. I didn't very clear information so I'm unsure what it's all about. Anyone hear this?

Last year our store didn’t post ours, it was so bad. I think we fell to a 51 from a 78 the year before.
This year it will probably be in the 30’s with all the cuts and doing more with less.
