Mgmt needs to stop asking people to “believe me”. Demonstrate to the employees that you have a realistic and solid plan and we will believe. Also, stop promoting people into VP roles when they have zero or one report. It’s pathetic.

Profanity and insults are uncalled for. We work very hard and are proud of our achievements. Perhaps if you focused more on making positive contributions rather than negative remarks you too can be eligible for a promotion as well.
These promotions are sometimes a necessary tool for talent retention.
Nobody in mgmt has done anything substantial to deserve the respect of the employees.
