No. They wouldn’t. I know people who were in lower positions than Joe, who were fired on the spot for something they may have been overheard saying. Joe was on A VIDEO that was vetted by the legal department saying something so stupidly racist and he still walks among our ranks.
Go ahead and try it out in the break room. Say something that denigrates an entire ethnic group and see if you make to the end of that break as an employee.

yup. double standard has been going on ever since dipchit marv took over. hes a liar, plain and simple.

video should thusly be used in all cases where an employee will be fired due to something boneheaded that was said. you get fired? sue lowes for wrongful termination. a public apology is the clear precedent that would be needed and nothing more.
