Does anyone know the name of the liquidation company that goes around closing Sears and Kmart stores?

Tiger and Abacus are two different and unrelated companies. They aren’t the same.
ESL are liquidating some stores via a company they setup. You don't think Eddie isn't going to find a way to earn the liquidators fees too do you?
Per Google:
Abacus has a 16-year history with Sears, after liquidating more than 800 stores for the once-mighty chain since 2002, according to bankruptcy court papers. Sears had already retained Abacus as a liquidation consultant after filing for bankruptcy, but decided to take offers from other liquidators.
When our Sears store closed last year i asked the "liquidator consultant' who he actually worked for? He said he used to be a Sears store manager for 40 years and has closed 121 Sears and Kmart stores for a sub division of ESL that he could not name due to confidentiality restrictions.
