Your welcome Sam's club! This is the worst I have ever seen this company. I'm sure you don't care and that's ok I will continue to shake my head and smile while I get my job done. Nothing but id–tic decisions being made payroll out of control because some leadership have no time mgnt skills they havent been taught. I don't know sometimes I wonder if it's just a big game see who last the longest.

Feel the same, I hit 30 last week. Never seen anything like it. Leadership, standards, communication, and the poor members. It’s all a big JOKE!!!! Sad to say, but it’s time to accept the truth. Online/self service/and communicating on an electronic device is the way of the future. Unfortunately those of us who have been around the longest seem to struggle the most with these changes. I believe we will see many more changes, it’s what the company needs to do to survive in this business in the world today. Step back look at all you have done and been thru with the company, take what you have learned the things that worked and the things that didn’t. Give yourself a Pep Talk, don’t be negative about the company don’t talk down about the people new and old that work with you. Take advantage of these experiences, knowledge, you have been given and start looking for other jobs. I guarantee you, if you have made it this long you are a great associate and you can do anything you put your mind to. Look, you have survived this long doing things their way and not had much leadership to help you achieve what you have accomplished, especially over the last 10 years. You can do anything you put your mind to. Just saying always keep your yes open cause their is way more in the world than Walmart. Good Luck!!!!
I have a few months but 30 is coming for me too....Congrats by the way ! Many years of deep wading in the BS you have had...........
I totally AGREE...
