Monday broadcast recap

So, the Monday broadcast with Racist Joe was back yesterday. No mention of the incident from 2 weeks ago. Just more of the normal clown show. P.s. A service star was awarded for an associate who tied a little girls shoes. I personally do not recommend touching a random child as many parents would not be ok with that.. A simple “be careful little one, your shoe is untied and you could trip” would suffice.

An interesting Union/labor talk topic was discussed afterwards. Apparently there is a lot of Union talk going around within the company though I can’t imagine why (sarcasm). Marvin and Joe have waged a war upon the very employees that made Lowe’s what it is and they don’t expect people to be upset with that. Apparently, management will required to do union training monthly now going forward.

I personally am neither pro or anti union. In some instances they are worthwhile, others they are not. Just asking everyone to do your research. I think one thing we can all agree on is that we are all anti Marvin/Joe and their war on employees needs to stop!!!

The ASA for our store left a stack of the anti-union business cards in the training room.
One side is what not to say, which might be illegal.
The other is what to say to make Lowe's look better.

marvin has only ever proven one thing to me.....when there's friction...he will double down on what caused the friction and only F-it-up more. when a softer approach is needed...he will mock, ridicule etc. the fact that hes so open about how he loves to reply to employee emails and mock them shows me just how little discretion this man has.

there was a guy on fbook who is also like a chaplain in his community that emailed marvin with his concerns and tried to implore him as a "fellow brother in Christ" — marvin outright mocked the guy and told him it sounded like his time at lowes was over and good luck on future employment. not the first time i have heard people who email the guy get a response of "dont let the door hit you on the way out". incredibly poor taste for a ceo to be emailing employees negatively to begin with....dont understand why HR or legal havent stopped him.....worse yet that his "higher calling" is as a christian, not a ceo, and he responds so poorly to his fellow christian brethren. the guy is a fraud. someone needs to start catching him and joe on hot mics. oh and about that chaplain dude....everyone tried to get him to out marvin and he wouldnt do it....he was just completely distraught that the man who professes jesus so openly would be just that nasty in reality....
