They keep telling us how profitable Pse is for company and that they won’t k–l program...doubt that. If it bumps stock .20 cents for DE Shaw Marvin would do it.
Not a conspiracy here unfortunately. It's happening. A lot of stuff on here is speculation, but this one rings true guys.
Hopefully, they keep them on to mediate windows, roofing, siding stuff.
Not totally sure how BJs does it, but it sounds like all 3rd party. Lowe's takes their $$$ and doesn't have to pay salaries or benefits anymore.
In Florida we are losing HVAC to IME on October 15. Is this just the beginning of the PSE program going third party???? So many changes already made to a great program that have reduces sales. But the target never gets adjusted......

3rd party goes direct once the lead is captured. Quoting is done by 3rd party using Lowe's docs.
The new IMS managing all uploaded docs to make sure the 3rd party is doing this correctly and competently.

So fill in the gaps if you truly know something....currently we have Ims now, still have Genesis and Project Tool to manage as best we can. We are being run by a group of mo–ns who have never sold anything in their pathetic corporate lives. I don’t see it ending well. Its not about sales anymore unfortunately.
