Everybody ready to be insulted — and reminded by our porcine CIO that she would like to see HALF of us gone?

Were there any announcements on what they’re building or when it will be ready? I know that there haves been large investments over the past 4 years so it’s got to be big. Any info or delivery dates?
401k is now thru my.voya.com. My old bny login did not work. I think I ended up clicking on something that said register or create a new login and that all worked.
If you Login on my.voya.com after that it will direct you to voya's bny login site and can bookmark that for direct access.
I don't know how I found this out. It was hit or miss... may have just tried the new account create, or you can also call the bny mellon benefit help line and they direct you to a voya rep for bny.
Did anyone at the Tech Town Hall give a progress report regarding getting www.bnymellon401k.com up again? Realize that It’s only been down for 3 months and only displaced workers need to access it that way but let’s have a heart here.
I wake up feeling like a 1. I start work and feel like a 0 quite consistently throughout the day. Then I feel like a 10 at the end of the workday.
I wake up every work day with thoughts/dreams of being a ‘1’. As the day grinds on the number keeps decreasing. By the end of the day I feel like a ‘5’. Very difficult to achieve superstar status in this environment
I can’t be a superstar if I cannot trust the company I work for.
What is so frustrating is that Bridget keeps talking about “we only want superstars” when the superstars are hampered by so much red tape and bureaucracy that they can’t possibly perform at superstar level.
I can’t be a superstar if I have to wait days/weeks to get my computer fixed and if purchasing has a weeks long backlog on getting me the software I need to do my job.
Well, she DID just support her prior comment. I don't know how much she weighs, but at least she’s consistent.
Trump that!
The answer to the quiz is “50%”
It will be just so much corporate claptrap. Apparently there’s a quiz after this one.
I guess I’d rather be called overweight than I would intellectually substandard and targeted for elimination — which is exactly what she implied about 50% of her 15,000 strong staff.
Porcine CIO. Fat HR chic. Some misogyny going on here. I hope we don’t need to look up that word.
I agree that the insults are not necessary and very immature.
What hurts is that the people that remain are being put in very difficult positions. Two people in my group were terminated. I depended heavily on them, especially at times when I’m tied up with other critical tasks. What was once done between three people is now handled by one... me. When it’s time for my review, my manager will be able to find things that were late or missed for one reason or another. I hope that Bridget or Charlie see he’s posts or is aware of the environment they’re creating. I think they are, but simply don’t care. Their “most valuable asset” is not so valuable as they’ve shown us so clearly.
I had to look up the meaning of the word porcine.
That’s not nice. It would be a better post if you weren’t tacky and almost made me feel sorry for her. I wonder what kind of CIO you’d make. Maybe wish half your people would go on a diet?
