David, David, David. There is no wonder why public education in the US has become the failure it is. Stop trying to blame structural change. US edu. has become a bottom dweller world wide. David Halperin Oh, this is funny. Dream Center is saying that the Higher Learning Commission didn't let them know how poorly off the schools were? Are they kidding? Like they didn't know the HLC was a worthless organization? They accredit National American University, DeVry, University of Phoenix, Colorado Tech and American Intercontinental University, and Purdue University Global. in other words, the HLC would accredit a ham sandwich!
