WTF does some corny " letter from the future" have to do with DSD or not. I cant figure out whether people are that stupid on here or just playing games.
Who cares what Dirk said, more relevant would be what is occurring in your face!! Retailers call! All Mondelez growth is not in the US!!

Actually in the Q&A with investors after earnings yesterday Dirk had very positive things to say about DSD in North America.
That being said, me personally I believe will be gone as we know it by end of first quarter next year. Regardless of how committed we are to DSD retailers and specifically Walmart does not want us around.
Leaves us no choice IMHO

DSD is no longer an advantage. A lot of what we do is scripted and we really don’t sell anything. The days of stealing space and selling in extra ends are over. The DSD cost was justified as long as we could make a difference and we no longer can.
It was a few years ago. Emailed CEO and NA President regarding a Canadian related issue. President responded but it didnt change anything. I guess what Im suggesting is to start demanding answers on your futures and dont waste your time with lower MGMt.

I highly doubt he would " spill the beans" in a global townhall. But you could email him or GW.. i have done it before and my position is about 1 level about janitor.

Who cares what Dirk says or thinks....it ain’t up to Dirk! When they finally announce the ending of dsd, Dirk will still say “dsd is a powerful advantage”, mark my word! He will blame retailers.
