Well man power meeting is today, lets see if the ramp director continues to lie or not . For the past few weeks he continues to tell folks that layoffs are over with for nlr area so lets see what happens after this man power meeting .

I agree the ramp director has been lying for quite sometime now. He contuines to lose men from his location. If he had any whits about him he would be all up in the jenks director face daily telling that guy to fix rhe issues because if jenks continues to layoff the issues will now become that of the ramp and service track and then at that point yes the director at ramp and service track will start loosening jobs because he can't control his workforce once the old heads move in. I'm loving what im seeing. Can you say new director in the near future.. would so rather have the senior manager leading the group. He doesn't favor his employees all are equal and treated fairly.
