Thread regarding Molina Healthcare Inc. layoffs

California DHCS Annual Audit Not Looking Too Good.

So many of you may know, there is a pending DHCS Annual Audit coming up in 2 weeks. NOTHING IS IN PLACE FOR THIS AUDIT. The Compliant director was fired because she “was keeping up with the pace.” Mind you, the Compliance director was OVER THE AUDIT. Leadership is running around like headless chickens and nobody has any answers. I heard a VP stated that “if we get fined too heavy, I guess we will have another big layoff.”

There is no DOUBT that Molina will be fined. Has anyone heard differently.

What “old” Molina VP are we going to see getting fired? Lots of CA VPs need to be escorted out.

Given that there’s a new plan president and a CMO with just over 6 months on the job, and no compliance officer, I agree we are in for a rough audit.

@Rusty. IT has slight improvement. I was on the phone for 2 hours to install Nitro :-  It still takes longer to resolve issues and the days of quick fixes are long gone. Outsourcing has struck again.

Of-f—ing-course. We had to "train" those simpletons at entry-level, and they ignoed everything.

If they havent caught up now they never will. Lol you guys are f—ed.

Think positive on the audit as the new team has things going in the right direction. Morale is improving, the new IT team we are sure will help and make the necessary changes with support so the audit will go well. Let us all work together for the new Molina!
