Omg we come in everyday to just witness the kluster from Global and Regional! It is embarrassing and down right laughable to witness what these clowns are doing to our stores. The customers even are laughing WOW great job!
Once again we are being ran by people who should not be in the positions they are in. News flash because they can't get anyone So they just fill these positions with anyone.

The MA Regional president has flipped out and been inappropriate on so many occasions in person and on conference calls that it's considered the norm.

The company is poorly run across the board if anyone was making good decisions the amazon sale would not have needed to happen. Nobody speaks up because it’s just easier to pretend like the people in charge are doing a good job. The majority of people in leadership roles are vastly overpaid. Why would they cause a fuss if they are being paid so well.

Ever talk to the upper executive tier in NA? How the hell did those people get there? We've got ex cashiers making million dollar decisions.

I think the problem starts with the interview process. This panel interview is terrible. You could be the most awful employee but if you can go into that interview, jump through hoops, act like a carnival barker with a huge smile and have minimal knowledge of the company you WOW them. They do no background work to see really how good you are doing in your job at hand. I see generally if you s—, the person above you wants you gone so they give you raving reviews. Or, if you kiss butt you also get raving reviews. The man or woman who really works their butt off, fixes all the mistakes everyone else makes and keeps it pushing rarely get recognized. They do however, get overworked and under appreciated. It starts at the top. How about you also stop making all these stupid rules and just let us do our work. Is this how you justify your job. Making things harder and more uncomfortable for us workers just because you like the look is just ridiculous. Those stupid little rules will not bring guests in the door. What they want is more employees on the floor to help them and the products they know and love and want to buy. Your brand mix is terrible. Too much fad and not enough basic "what I expect to buy at WFM". Get it together people, go back to basics and start from there. You blew it so lets start again.
