Is our PFDS team just bad or are others stores constantly out of food? No pizza, empty hot bar, no sandwiches. Our sushi dept makes a k–ling because we are always running out of prep food's lunch options before lunch rush is even half over.

There is a method to filling the hot bars. Unless you know how to fill properly keep your hands off. New tms not trained correctly have refilled empty pans that have sat on the hot bar or put fresh food directly on food that has been on the bar an hour or two. Tl or ATL of Prepared Foods needs to keep team moving. Not tms from other teams

The hot bar in the prepared foods is empty so why don’t you offer to help filling up? What happen with the one team one dream mentality?
It’s not the department. Its the team leader that s—s if wat u are saying is true. A tm can only do so much with wats available. And if its available and tms dont do their job then its still the tl job to make sure tms do theirs. Either way the tl s—s if the dept always runs out of products. N they better not fckng blame ots. It's your department
In our store our produce dept. is always low on stock. Our back stock is virtually nonexistent. Quality of produce lousy. As for prepared foods dept., they come everyday to produce for product.
