Rebadged employees being treated poorly. Demands from those not rebadged are out of control. Bonus’, raises, promotions for those not rebadged. If you have an opportunity for employment elsewhere take it. Management may promise some to move back to Xerox side once transition complete, but know you can’t save a sinking ship. They will promise the world please get in writing if you choose to stay because many mistruths. It’s about their bonus’ not about you. Good luck everyone I’ve worked with many great people, but it’s time to move on for my well being. I wish everyone the best and to brighter tomorrows.

I believe you misinterpreted what my point was. Yes HCL s***s but to lash out at your GIS (XBS) management, who had NO sway on the decision with HCL, is not fair. In regards to being hired back, I have received no such notice nor expect this to be the case. YOUR core informed you of this not mine so I was actually wanted further clarification on what you were told. Yes, by December, I expect all HCL rebadged employees to be outsourced so get out while you can especially if you're being "treated poorly". Not worth it.
Once HCL takes over the jobs of us rebadged, we will not be hired back by Xerox or by an XBS core. You’re in denial if you think otherwise. Very few folks will remain in their current position with HCL beyond 2019.
Don’t forget the entire purpose of moving employees to HCL is to eventually outsource those jobs completely. So Just because your core management is treating you great now, doesn’t stop the fact once HCL says they “got it” - 99% of us will no longer work in the position we are in today.
Not sure what is happening at your core, but at mine, rebadged employees are being treated as well as or, in some cases, better than before by GIS core management. You have to understand that GIS did not ask for this. They see the sinking ship in the distance as well as you can. With all the stress and anxiety arising from the HCL partnership and the core mergers, my core's managers have been understanding and accommodating to the rebadged employees. Not sure what was said at your core about being moved back to Xerox after HCL takes over, but to say they are deceiving you isn't fair because they don't really know what's going to happen to any certainty.
Everyone jobs is at risk - however most of those rebadge, will be let go be the end of the year. So please don’t stick around thinking your special and your job is secure and that everything is okay. If your not actively looking, you seriously should be.
at my core rebadged not treatly any different than before rebadging, we are a family,if anything non rebadged are jealous of our stay bonuses and 401k match, they feel no more secure about their job than we do, we all feel this whole thing s—s, we are tired of HCL just showing up every damn day, lots of them, one more clueless than the next, none of them underdstand the concept of the effort it takes from everyone to close a month out, they s— and so does Xerox , every day it takes all I have not to look them in the face and say "get the f— out of our workplace"
XBS is seen as SALES organization/channel. Nothing more, nothing less.
If you think The senior leadership places any value on any other function in XBS you are mistaken and have failed to see reality for many, many months. Snap out of it and quit living in your fantasyland.
'disgusted' post is correct, those of rebadged are contract employees with HCL, we are training our replacements, we get no raise, none of that bonus Xerox employee's are getting and our time is short. We're supposed to act like everything is fine and like nothing has changed... business as usual my a–.. it's all ridiculous.
No idea what is going on at your core, but at mine, rebadged employees are NOT be treated poorly by those of us that were not rebadged. I’m still GIS (f*# being called XBX) and NO raises, NO bonus’s, NO promotions. Not even sure I’m going to have a job from week to week. This S—S for all of us on the service/admin/op’s/helpdesk side too and unless you are sales, you’ve got no assurances that you have a job in the next few months.
