I have purchased form Lowe's for years... every year it gets worse tho.... you cannot find anyone to wait on you in any department and when you do they are spread so thin trying to wait on customers its sad. They are so understaffed as it is now and this Joker wants to lay off more. I stopped shopping JCP because of what he did there, now he wants to do it to Lowe's. Home Depot's founder is dumping millions into Trump and Lowe's is laying off. Where do we go now for home improvements?? Done with both of them! Here's a thought.....companies want to say money and restructure??? Try trimming the fat (and the salaries) at the TOP of the list and THEN start working your way down. The people in the stores are the ones keeping business profitable.... not the over paid gas bags in the ivory towers!

agreed again. I already have customers not returning to the store. I was with a couple I help 3 times a week and they spend thousands in my area. now after talking with them after they asked me what was wrong today, I explained to them they fired more people and I'm most likely next . they broke down in tears and already offered me a job at the store they owned .
