Sad Day for Lowe's

The FSA position is just as important to the store success as CEO.
Will a contracted company be on site to perform the emergency tasks that pop up during the work day? Probably not.
It's called FSA for a reason, a real person needs to be on site every ay!

Home Depot already has all outside facility people... LOWES is following their lead.... but that is what always made LOWES different. I guess we will see the Robots soon?

They will be out of business within 5 years. They have a skeleton crew and are providing customers with little expertise or even manpower. As a former employee, I shop anywhere else.

They will just take someone from a different dept. to clean it up !
So where is the customer service ( cleanup in aisle 5 ) just taking away the service they talk so much about, but don't provide
